Encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to people who need it, encrypted passwords, backups and monitoring. No system is foolproof: in case of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious harm, we will notify the people concerned and Québec's Commission d'accès à l'information, as the law requires.
